Aidan in Action

Is That Aidan???

It sure is....

Sean giving Aidan a few pointers...
On Saturday morning I went with Marlene to watch Aidan's ball hockey game.
We were surprised to find him in net. This is the first time he has played goalie. He was very excited and did an excellent job...only letting one goal in & stopping a few attempts. They tied the game 1-1.
Kids are sooooo cute to watch...

Me...at 26 Weeks Pregnant

While visiting Marlene on the weekend she took a few photos of me...and my belly!

At 26 weeks the baby is 14 inches from head to toe and weighs approx. 1.6 lbs. Amazing how it fits in there....
My new look...I cut my hair on Friday. Thought I'd try something different. Not sure if I like the style yet....

Baby Update...

Went to the Dr yesterday just for a check up. All is well with both of us.
We are now 24 1/2 weeks along, 6 1/2 months to make it easier for you.
It's really hard to believe I have been pregnant for 6 months already and have just 3 short months to go. Bumpkin is moving around more now and when most inconvienent, uses my bladder as a trampoline. If I'm luck Bumpkin won't use my ribs as monkey bars to hang from!

I recieved very exciting news when I came home from our trip. My godparent's son Jeff & his wife Leila had a baby boy on Friday May 9th. Ewan Joseph weighed in at 6lbs 15oz.
Congratulations to the new parents and grandparents!!

Jeff & I can't wait until it's our turn...

Enjoying the View

Taking a much needed break to enjoy the view at Dow's Lake while we waited for the bus that would take us back to the hotel.

Amongst the Tulips

For me, this was a dream come true. I have wanted to go to Tulip Fest for years. I knew my odds of going to Ottawa during Tulip Fest were much better than going to Holland. I'm happy now. We really enjoyed our trip, especially the tulips, and may make it a yearly trip.

Tip Toe through the Tulips with Me

These are my favourite flowers - the tulip. It is very colourful and there are so many different kinds. Here are just a few of the millions of tulips we saw in Ottawa at Tulip Fest.
