Friday is the Day

I just got in trouble from my cousin for not updating my blog! Just kidding, Kevin. Sorry...I have just been sooo busy packing I haven't had time. And this will be it for a bit. Until we have a temporary location to move to and can get on line again. Oh yeah, I guess I should tell you that we didn't buy a house yet so as of Friday we are homeless. Not out on the street homeless more in the literal sense. We do have a place to lay our heads. Stay close to the blog and you could be the first one to get the late breaking news of where we end up.

Moving Update...

Just thought I would update you on the move. We are getting down to the wire. Our moving date is April 28th but we are having the truck arrive on the 21st. Yup, you got it...that's next week. Since we will be displaced persons by the 28th we will be moving in with my Mom & Dad for a while. So you can reach us at Gord & Doris's for the meantime. Hopefully, I will be on-line so feel free to drop me a line.

Happy Anniversary!!

Jeff & I have been room-mates for 2 years now. I can remember the day I moved in like it was yesterday. Jeff's friends Eric & Dwayne helped me move in. It was a warm evening, a Thursday night to be exact... the Leaf game was on...I believe it was play-offs. I had my Leaf jersey on, the game was cranked on the radio. Sorry, I don't recall whether they won or not but Leaf fever was in the air. It didn't take long to move me in. We went out to celebrate the occasion at the local hotel tavern...what a dive...a few drinks later we tore up the dance floor and had a blast! It was really quite a fun night. Definately, a night I remember well. I wonder if Dwayne has gotten over it yet...HAHAHA!!
